Dash Pacific will handle all warranty and return issues.

If a product is faulty and still covered under manufacturers warranty simply fill out the attached Return Authority Form, return the RA form and item to us.

If we have the item in stock we will replace it straight away and we’ll take care of the rest.
If the item was a special order we will send the item back to the supplier and have a new item sent to us as soon as possible.
